Enforce provisions of the International Genocide Treaty and the corresponding US Genocide Act (The Proxmire Act) to spotlight, boycott, litigate against, prosecute, fine, and imprison all those who call for the destruction of Israel as the Jewish State, with recourse to all courts including US federal courts, the International Criminal Court, and other legitimate forums. Under Article 4 of the International Genocide Treaty, the law supersedes national laws and applies to all persons, "whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials, or private individuals."
